The Monrovia Renewal was the largest public works project in the city's history. Over a period of six years, citywide repairs and upgrades were made to water and sewer pipelines, water facilities, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters.

With Brad Merrell serving as the contract City Engineer beginning in Jan. 2015, our team supplemented the city staff to provide the design, construction management, quality control testing and inspection of multiple city capital improvement projects amounting to over $51M. The Monrovia Renewal project was the largest of this initiative and included the rehabilitation of 108 miles of local and major roadways within the city.
